Each apartment consists of:
- Private bathroom with a toilet
- Bedroom with a wardrobe, vanity desk with a mirror and a hairdryer, iron and board, LED TV with digital television, air conditioning, and a bed with dimensions 160/200.
- Living room, consisting of a fully functional kitchen with an electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, built-in oven, ceramic hob, large sink, microwave oven, refrigerator, as well as accessories and cookware. You also have a comfortable dining table with four chairs, an LED TV with digital television, air conditioning, and a sofa bed with a sleeping area of 140/200, suitable for two people.
Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.

Price for one or two people – 88.00 BGN / night (Sunday – Thursday); 98.00 BGN / night (Friday – Saturday)
Price for three people – 108.00 BGN / night (Sunday – Thursday); 118.00 BGN / night (Friday – Saturday)
Price for four people – 118.00 BGN / night (Sunday – Thursday); 128.00 BGN / night (Friday – Saturday)
DISCOUNTS
For reservations made 0-2 days before arrival – 10%
For reservations of 3 to 6 nights – 10%
For reservations of 7 to 27 nights – 15%
For reservations of more than 28 nights – 35%
** Reservations are accepted for a minimum stay of two nights.

How Does The Contactless Acomodation Work?
Thanks to the digital keypad locks installed on each external door, checking in and out of the apartments is fast, easy, and contactless.
Access code
After confirming your reservation, a personalized access code will be generated and provided to you for the selected apartment, along with detailed instructions.
Chek In
Check-in at the apartments starts after 14:00. When you check in, you only need to enter the code, and the door of the apartment you reserved will open. The access code is valid for the entire duration of your stay.

Check Out
Check-out time is until 11:00. After your reservation expires, the code becomes invalid and your access to the apartment is terminated. This means that you can easily leave the apartment without meeting us to return the key.
*Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is not allowed in the apartments.
** Pets are not accommodated.
PARKING FOR YOUR CARS
We are located on a quiet street but in the city center, which means more difficult parking.
The closest parking spaces (Blue Zone) are:
- 31 Hristo Karaminkov Street
- 64 Stefan Stambolov Street
- 39 Nezavisimost Boulevard (Club 23)
- Pencho Slaveykov Square (parking behind Melody Bar)
The payment for the Blue Zone is 1 BGN per hour on working days from 09:00 – 17:00.
You can pay by SMS to №1362 (available only for Bulgarian mobile operators), a parking ticket machine, or purchase a ticket from a parking attendant.
There is no limit of the number of hours you can stay, and on weekends and official holidays, there is NO charge for Blue Zone.
If you prefer to leave your car in a paid, guarded car park, you can enter “Theatre Parking” in your navigation, which is a 7-minute walking distance from us.
